We must always be positive in life. What we must do is to avoid things that will lead our views towards negativity. We ourselves must be the ones who decide what we should do. Consider each day activities as to judge them whether they does any good for us. The main things we must be controlling are our food habits, leisure time, rest time etc. A healthy man should be mentally and physically well. But what is our current status?Just think it over. our new generation life has caused our mind to blow out and leading us to more doomed into failures. We might feel that everything we do ends up in failures, then you must try to understand that some sort of negative thing has bound you. just say that nothing is wrong with us. Believe in yourselves. You've got the potential. Just utilize it. "Early to bed and early to rise" is the most healthiest way. It will not only makes us more active and healthy but also makes us more bound towards positivism.

>spending more time in brain tuning
etc. will help you to be healthy, wealthy and active.
